Making use of electromagnetic interaction, heat the pipe to 180C -230C, in order to meet the coating standard. The intermediate frequency system is made up of intermediate electrical cabinet, capacitor box, water cooling system, water cooling cable, heating coil and control circuit.  With infrared thermometry, ranging from 0 to 500C,and it can automatically record and export each temperature, The temperature display is fixed on the remote work station.     Each intermediate frequency system is equipped with 1 set of coil adjustment device, in order to meet the demands.Frequency Range:1kHz Power Requirement:~380V/220V   50Hz Voltage Range:±5% . Adjustment style: L/C, digital circuit.Capacitor Specification: 0~2500kVar(adjustable)  Heating coil support: adjustable, and all the induction coils are fixed on the support.Ways of heat spreading: water cooling Delivery efficiency: more than 90% nominal power  Resonant frequency range: automatic tracking according to the L/C parameter. Starting mode: automatic tracking sweep frequency.Heating power: 1000kW+1500kW/1000Hz, with 1 set of medium frequency induction heating.
